It looks like everything is OK, there is no way to use in the case.

Just ok. The software needs work. And there is not even a manual to let you now how to use. You press one button do something different what suppose to do. And the game just the same game repeated 3 or 4 times.

item came broken no sound and wasn't offered any help with refund 1 star don't waste your time.

Best handheld in this price range, hands down! Seems to be made well. I use it mostly for PS. Adding games is super easy.
